Fuerza Puerto Rico! A Jazz Gallery Benefit

This Wednesday, November 1st, The Jazz Gallery and saxophonist Miguel Zenon have teamed up for a special concert to benefit the victims of Hurricane Maria. The concert will feature some of the biggest names in jazz, including Dave Douglas, Branford Marsalis, Kurt Elling, and a special appearance of the John Scofield Trio featuring Larry Grenadier and Bill Stewart.All proceeds of the concert will go to Puerto Rico Recovery Fund. The concert is organized by Miguel Zenon. The group features Mr. Zenon on alto saxophone, Dave Douglas on trumpet, Larry Grenadier on bass, Jon Irabagon on saxophone, Luis Perdomo on piano, Jorge Roeder on bass, Rudy Royston on drums,  John Scofield on guitar, Bill Stewart on drums, Peter Bernstein on guitar, Kurt Elling on vocals, Marcus Gilmore on drums, Branford Marsalis on saxophone, and Christian McBride on bass.
